Mad Makeup with Makeup Geek shadow/liner

Do you ever have days where you get really pissed over small things? I sure as fuck do.

That happened to me a few days ago, and instead of peeling out to go buy cigarettes or a bottle of wine, I decided to lock myself in my room, turn up my Tame Impala spotify station, and paint my face.


I had never used the tape trick, so I decided to do that and play with my new Makeup Geek eyeshadow in Bitten and gel eyeliner in Poison. They're both red, and I've been a little afraid to use them, honestly... but I decided to just go for it!

The application in the look I threw together is sub par, but the products themselves are really stellar. I can't wait to do a look with them that's a little more thought out.

All other shadows used are from Naked 3.

The sun was setting as I did all this, so it was a rush to get these photos before it got too dark. I'm surprised the room isn't more dark in the photos! However, you can tell the camera was having a hard time focusing.

It's been so long since I've done something like this, I think my blending skills regressed. But I still liked the outcome and the idea.

Lashes are Red Cherry #62, and they're fab.

Who taught me how to blend?! NO ONE APPARENTLY
